Azeezat Adelabu, a student of Community Senior Grammar School, Ipaja, Lagos, Southwest, Nigeria, has been praised for her goodwill after returning a lost phone.
Miss Azeezat, who on her way to school came across the lost phone and handed it over to her teacher who reached out to the owner, was rewarded for her kindness and honesty.
The owner of the lost phone was reported to be desperately looking for the phone and their joy could not be quantified when contacted by the teacher Miss Azeezat handed over the phone to.
Since the report surfaced online, adulation has been showered on her for her honesty and contentment.
As a way of encouraging the young teen, the Tutor General/Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Education District 1, Agege, Barrister Mrs Titilayo Solarin invited her in company of her parent and presented her with a cash gift.
She further encouraged her to continue being a good child and called on others to emulate her good character.
