The first trailer of one of the most watched Türkiye TV drama series, Alparslan Büyük Selçuklu, Season 2 has been released on TRT 1 screen.
The 1-minute trailer, released on Thursday, shows Alparslan, the second sultan of the Great Seljuk empire, and other pilgrims chanting “Labaik Allahuma Labaik”, as they circumambulate the Kaaba.
Muslim News Islamtainment gathered that the shooting of the first two episodes of season 2 has already been completed and the release date of season 2 will be announced soon.
The series was produced by Emre Konuk, the same person that produced Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu, a prequel to Alparslan Büyük Selçuklu, Season 1 and now Season 2.
The first part of the historic drama series, #Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu, depicted the rise of the Great Seljuks under Sultan Melikshah, the son of Alparslan.
It focused on their struggles and battles against Hassan Sabbah, leader of the Order of Assassins, and against the Byzantine Empire and fellow rival states that sought to weaken the Seljuks.
The second part of the show, #Alparslan #Büyük #Selçuklu, focused on the descendent of the righteous #Oghuz #Turks, the forefather of conquest, the patron of the oppressed, the nightmare of oppressors, whose shadow shook the ground he walked on…Sultan Muhammed Alparslan.
As we await the airing of this interesting series, Muslim News Islamtainment can authoritatively confirm that Mehmet Bozdağ will soon begin the shooting of Kuruluş Osman, Season 4.
