*As casts hold last reading rehearsal
The moment we are all waiting for has arrived as Turkiye’s filmmaker, Mehmet Bozdag announced that the filming of season 6 of the phenomenon historic Turkish series, “Kurulus Osman” has begun.
Bozdag announced during the week, when he shared the photo of the clapperboard with the caption, “The exciting wait is coming to an end. We have started shooting for Season 6. May it bring good luck to all our actors and crew.”

Muslim News gathered that the casts – both leading characters and new entrants had their last reading rehearsal during the week.
While the season will parade stars like Burak Özçivit in the leading role as Osman Bey, and other notable faces such as Bala Harun (Özge Törer), Orhan Bey (Ragıp Savaş), Aladdin Bey (Ömer Faruk Aran), among others, more finest actors have also joined the cast.

They are Buce Buse Kahraman, Ali Önsöz, Ekin Mert Daymaz, Sonat Dursun, Feyza Işık, Yıldırım Gücük, Taner Ertürkler, Özgür Çevik, among others.
It’s not clear yet if Osman Bey’s second wife, Malhun Hatun (Yıldız Cagri Atiksoy) who left towards the end of Season 5 to give birth will return for Season 6 which is set to air live on ATV and other streaming platforms at yet to be announced date.
Kurulus Osman translated as Establishment: Osman remains one of the most popular TV shows in the world, with an enormous audience in Europe, the Middle East, and many Asian territories.
