No doubt, the early inauguration of the committee on accommodation screening and catering services for 2025 hajj is a pointer and a welcome development, which signals the willingness and commitment of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to serve Nigerian pilgrims with all diligence and sincerity of purpose.
During the inauguration of the committee members, which took place in the boardroom of the commission in Abuja, on Monday, 2nd December 2024, the chairman of the hajj commission Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman Pakistan charged them to be God’s fearing and discharge their duties with all sense of patriotism in order to make Nigerian pilgrims proud and equally justify the confidence reposed in them.
Members of the committee were drawn from various state pilgrims’ welfare boards as well as NAHCON’s staff with Professor Abubakar Abubakar Yagawal as the chairman.
