As Muslims across the globe celebrate this years Eid-el-Fitr, the Honourable Member representing Surulere 1 at the House of Representatives, Rep. Fuad Kayode Laguda (FKL), FCTI has admonished Muslims to utilise the lessons of the glorious month of Ramadan while continuously relying and submitting to the injunction of Allah.
This, he emphasised in his Eid-el-Fitr message, while rejoicing with Muslims in Surulere, Lagos and across the globe.
In his statement, he said “Eid Mubarak to all Muslims in Surulere, Lagos and around the world! As we celebrate the end of this year’s Ramadan, let us reflect on the lessons learned during this holy month and remember the importance of patience, perseverance, and submission to Allah’s will.
“While we mark this joyous occasion, I charge you all to continue to rely solely on Allah and submitting to His will. It is important to not forget the vows we made during Ramadan, but instead, strive to maintain the momentum of our spiritual growth and relationship with Allah and our community.“, he sued.
“May this Eid bring us closer to Allah and to each other and make our hearts be filled with love, compassion, and kindness. And may we always remember that our strength lies in our faith and our submission to Allah’s will. Eid Mubarak once again!”, he concludes.
