In a stirring show of unity, Muslim scholars and leaders of various Islamic organisations in Nigeria gathered at the TMC Da’wah Centre, Ijesha, in unwavering solidarity with the people of Gaza.
The atmosphere was charged with compassion and resolve as the scholars stood shoulder-to-shoulder, raising their voices against oppression and injustice.
After delivering a powerful joint press conference on the ongoing genocide and humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, the leaders unfurled a massive banner that boldly declared their support for the Palestinian struggle. This symbolic gesture served as a reminder that while Gaza may be thousands of miles away, its pain is felt deeply in the hearts of Nigerian Muslims and people of conscience everywhere.
The gathering was not just about words, it was a call to action. A call to intensify prayers, amplify awareness, and stand firm until justice prevails. From Lagos to Rafah, from Abuja to Khan Younis, the message was clear: we are all for Gaza, and we will not be silent.
Amusa Abdurrahman Oluwalogbon captured the press conference and rally in pictures…
