MPAC debuts ‘Everyday Muslim’ on WFM 91.7

The much anticipated faith-based programme, ‘Everyday Muslim’, an initiative of Muslim Public Affairs Center, MPAC Nigeria, will commence airing on Saturday, June 10, on WFM 91.7, Nigeria’s only radio station for women and their families.

MPAC Director, Mal. Kamor Disu, in a statement made available to Muslim News, said the weekly programme – airing between 11a.m and 12 noon, will promote understanding of the diversity and richness of the Islamic faith.

He also noted that ‘Everyday Muslim’ will promote the value of shared commitment to the common good and help to create opportunities for mutual learning and tackling of prejudice.

According to him, “This program will address various aspects of living as Muslims, offering practical guidance and advice and showcasing some of our best minds to inspire, teach and support.

“It will dissect Islamophobia and promote peaceful co-existence by creating opportunities for mutual understanding and peace-building.

“Be our special companion! Join us as we in shaa Allah commence this exciting journey tomorrow Saturday, 10th June, 2023 at 11a.m on WFM 91.7 MHz (https://wfm917.com), Nigeria’s only Radio Station for Women & their families,” the statement said in part.
