Over 500 residents, on Sunday, benefitted from the medical outreach programme at Idi Oro, Mushin area of Lagos, Nigeria.
The programme was organised by The Muslim Congress (TMC) and Mushin Local Government in conjunction with Afrachem Nigeria Limited.
The outreach had doctors and nurses offering various medical services, including HIV, blood pressure, sugar level and eye tests among others.
Muslim News findings revealed that there were also voluntary donations of blood and distribution of medications to participants that needed it.
Medical experts such as Dr Mufseer Adebayo gave talks on the causes of and coping with arthritis.
