Sallah: Turkish NGOs deliver Eid-al-Adha meat to 35,000 families in Nigeria

Turkish volunteers in Nigeria, one of the countries in West Africa, have distributed Eid-al-Adha sacrificial meat to about 35,000 families in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Burak Karabulut, representative of Adamder Çorum Association, told AA that they have slaughtered approximately 10, 000 sacrificial animals in Nigeria this year, adding that, “We distributed them to the needy in the surrounding states, especially in Abuja”.

Many non-governmental organisations that supported the distribution are Adamder Çorum Association, Darul Erkam Foundation and Beşir Association.
