Facebook removes Muslim News e-cover for exposing Israeli terror against Palestine

For exposing the Israeli heinous attacks on the Palestinians, social media platform, Facebook, has deleted Muslim News latest e-cover from its platform.

The platform claimed the latest e-cover story of the Nigeria’s most authoritative islamic newspaper carrying the face of the Israeli born head of the Terrorist state, Benjamin Netanyahu was against their community standards on spam.

In a statement issued on Monday, the administrator who manages the medium socal media accounts confirmed the report, saying that Facebook deleted the e-cover which have garnered thousands of likes, comments, at different platforms, for violating it’s community standard.

According to the admin, “I received series of notifications from the social media company that our latest cover story which exposes Netanyahu as the real terrorist, and was shared on major pro-Palestinian pages have been deleted for violating its community standards. The notification also said no one else can see those comments any longer, since it has been removed.

Our Special E-edition#ApartheidIsrael has been using State terrorism to commit war crimes against the #Palestinians in West Bank and #Gaza for decades, with the tacit support of the #US #UK and their allies, while the #UnitedNations fiddles and looks away. #PalestineUnderAttack pic.twitter.com/RTejTinmpi

The admin however said the original cover, posted on the Facebook page of Muslim News has not been deleted by the social media as at the time of filing this report on Monday.

There have been reports that Facebook and other social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram have been taking down the Palestinian posts, comments and pictures, on the prompting of Netanyahu for highlighting his terrorist, genocidal and racist activities across the Palestinian homelands of Aqsa, Sheikh Jarrah and Gaza, among other districts of Palestine, on the order of its Zionist CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.

Notification on the deleted comments

Turkey’s Anadolu Agency quoted NewPress saying Twitter suspended all its English account, adding that the social media platform is fighting the Palestinian content which exposes the crime of displacing Palestinians from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in Jerusalem.

Since recent Israeli aggression that started in Al-Aqsa mosque on the 25th night of Ramadan, no fewer than 150 Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed in repeated airstrikes and bombings, and well over 500 injured, with many structures brought down including the Media building, housing international media houses such as Al-Jazeera and the Associated Press.

The attacks have since elicited condemnation, call for internal response, mediation and boycott of Israel, by the international community, heads of governments, several Muslim organisations, athletes among others.
