There have been reports that Facebook and other social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram have been taking down the Palestinian posts, comments and pictures, on the prompting of Netanyahu for highlighting his terrorist, genocidal and racist activities across the Palestinian homelands of Aqsa, Sheikh Jarrah and Gaza, among other districts of Palestine, on the order of its Zionist CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.
Turkey’s Anadolu Agency quoted NewPress saying Twitter suspended all its English account, adding that the social media platform is fighting the Palestinian content which exposes the crime of displacing Palestinians from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in Jerusalem.
Since recent Israeli aggression that started in Al-Aqsa mosque on the 25th night of Ramadan, no fewer than 150 Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed in repeated airstrikes and bombings, and well over 500 injured, with many structures brought down including the Media building, housing international media houses such as Al-Jazeera and the Associated Press.
The attacks have since elicited condemnation, call for internal response, mediation and boycott of Israel, by the international community, heads of governments, several Muslim organisations, athletes among others.
