A former senior prefect of the Vanguards Academy, Ijebu-Ode, Abdullateef Muadh Olalekan has won himself a full-time scholarship in one of the best universities in the world, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), India.
Muadh, who was the senior prefect during the 2017/2018 academic session was offered the scholarship following his brilliant and exceptional performance in an international examination conducted for millions of undergraduates and postgraduates.
He was awarded admission for a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer and Communication Engineering programme.
Mr. Abdullateef Miftahu, the father of Muadh, broke the news to the school authorities in a WhatsApp message:
“Salam alaikum sir. The above is the scholarship/admission letter offered to my son Abdullateef Muadh Olamilekan in India. The admission came after his brilliant and exceptional performance among several millions of participants in the examination conducted for both undergraduates and postgraduates admission/scholarship seekers in one of the best global institutes in the world to study Computer and Telecommunications Engineering in India,” he wrote.
The elated father showered encomiums on the school for its efforts and impact on his son and his siblings.
“On behalf of my family once again, I wish to appreciate your efforts during his stay in Vanguards Academy, for the spiritual, academic, moral and intellectual teachings you imparted in his life and his siblings. We say a trillion Jazakumulkahu khayran.”
The school management meanwhile has felicitated with the Abdullateef family on the feat, praying for more successes and wins.
