Speaking with Muslim News, Evren, a Turkish-based author, composer, and songwriter, said the motivation behind the project was to prepare a humble gift video expressing their feelings and thoughts about President Erdoğan on social media.
“We hoped it would touch many hearts and find a way to reach President Erdoğan, who became the voice of oppressed masses of the world, on this special day which is his birthday,” he said.
The composer of ‘Don’t Cry Jerusalem’ noted that it was not very difficult to assemble participants of the video, as people from different countries tried to read the Turkish sentences out of love for President Erdoğan.
According to him, “We helped foreign friends to utter Turkish sentences properly by recording these sentences on WhatsApp. Our foreign brothers and sisters easily copied these sentences after listening and they did a great job.
“Without their contributions, this work would not attract so much attention on social media. We would like to thank Della Miles, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston’s vocalist, and all foreign friends who made a heartfelt contribution to this video project.
Envren told Muslim News that the video tells about the journey they have had with President Erdoğan, who conquered hearts through his humility, determination, and visionary leadership.
“The messages given in the video emphasize that Erdoğan has always struggled for justice and prosperity in Turkiye and the world. He always raised his voice for the oppressed and stood tall against the oppressors. He challenged the global powers which shaped the UN according to their interests, saying, “The World Is Bigger Than Five.”
The video ends with an emotional sentence: We Will Not Leave You To The Loneliness of Sultan Abdulhamit.
