She told Muslim News that the story of her journey for the holy pilgrimage started during a conversation with her husband, Mal. Abdul Hafeez Oyedepo.
According to her, “It was just during a random conversation with my hubby that I mentioned my wish to perform the fifth pillar of Islam, Hajj. Before I knew it, he had put a call through to Hajj Mabrur to make findings on the registration process.
“This has always been one of my greatest dreams in life and I am most grateful to Almighty Allah, my darling husband and Hajj Mabrur Ventures Ltd. for making it come through.

“We were given accommodation in a very good hotel close to Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid Nabawi in Medina. We were served quality meals (African dishes) all through our stay. Most importantly, I had a new family. To my roommates turned sisters – Alhaja (Simiat, Haleemah and Taofeeqoh), thank you for making my stay a great one.
Alhamdulillah, I am happy to be among those called to observe this year's #Hajj2022.
May Allah grant me, my husband and family a good life and fulfilling hereafter.

We also had visitation to Ajuwa Date Palm, visitation to where the Prophet’s (SAW) companions were buried and where battle of Uhud was fought amongst others.
“We finally proceeded to Makkah for all our Hajj rites, took our Ihram at Miqat, did Tawaf at Ka’bah, Sai (Safa and Marwa), prayed at Arafah, spent some nights in Mina and a night at Muzdalifa, threw pebbles at Jamarat and others.
“I had a great Hajj experience and I pray this won’t be my last. May Allah grant all the rest of my family and friends the privilege to be here too. Alhamdulillah.
