The serial prototype PT4 of the Bayraktar KIZILELMA, which took off from the AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, successfully underwent a takeoff aerodynamic system identification test.
Recall that the PT-4 successfully completed its first test flight on May 15, 2025, conducting an aerodynamic system identification test assisted by an afterburner (AB).

The Bayraktar KIZILELMA PT-4 is an advanced prototype of Türkiye’s first jet-powered, carrier-capable unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV), developed by Baykar.
The PT-4 variant represents a significant milestone in the KIZILELMA program, showcasing enhanced capabilities and technological advancements.
Designed for versatility, the KIZILELMA PT-4 is capable of executing a range of military operations, including air-to-air combat and ground attack missions.
It features a low radar cross-section for stealth operations and is equipped with an Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar for enhanced situational awareness.
The UCAV is also engineered for take-off and landing on short-runway aircraft carriers, expanding its operational deployment options.
The Bayraktar KIZILELMA project, initiated in 2021, represents Türkiye’s commitment to developing indigenous unmanned combat aircraft technology.
