Sheikh DhikruLlahi Shafi’i’s daughter, Labeebah and eleven others will be graduating from the Exquisite Madrasah for Islamic Teachings, Lagos after completing their 6-month Idaadi programme.
The management of the school, popularly known as Madrasatu Mumti’ah has therefore concluded plans to hold a Haflah (graduation ceremony) in honour of the school’s third set of graduates on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Islamic Centre Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
Miss Labeebah, one of the daughters of the renowned Islamic scholar is a student of University of Lagos and a sales representative for Muslim News, Nigeria’s most authoritative newspaper.
Other graduating students (male) are: Aliyu AbdulQayum, Odusanya Hakeem, Adekomi AbdulMuiz, Ajenifuja AbdulQudus, Onibiyo Ahmed, Musa AbdulHafiz and Muhammad Gabadeen, who is a Muslim News guest writer.
The ladies include Idowu Aminat, Adesanya Kareemah, AbdulFatah Maryam and Fatiha Okesola, who will be making a presentation on the “Modern Challenges facing Hijab” in English and Arabic with Labeebah DhikruLlahi at the event.

The Head of the Madrasah, Ustadh AbdulGaniy Adebisi told Muslim News that this year’s graduation ceremony promises to be unique as Ustadh Imran Rufai, the Imam of Mobile Police Barracks, Alapere, will be doing justice to the topic: “The Next Level.”
Ustadh Adebisi said: “I can confirm to you that we are preparing fervently with gusto and alacrity. Our graduands and their families are set. We’ve equally sent out invites to all our guests who will be coming from different parts of the country. We’re also inviting the generality of Muslims to come and see the exquisiteness of our students. May Allah spare our lives till and beyond then. Ameen.”
