Hajj Mabrur to organise seminar for pilgrims in Abuja, Lagos

– Celebrates 3 prestigious awards of excellence

A prominent Nigerian Hajj operator, Hajj Mabrur Ventures Limited (HMVL) has concluded plans to sensitise its intending pilgrims in Lagos and Abuja ahead of the 2019 Hajj exercise.

The seminar is an annual event that had held for decades and this year’s edition, according to the agency, is going to be a special event that celebrates 3 prestigious awards the agency has won since 2012.

It will kick off in Lagos with medical screening on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the Islamic Centre Hall, UNILAG Mosque Complex, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.

In a press statement signed by the Operations Manager of the agency, Alhaji AbdulHamid Oyinlola, the seminar, divided into two phases, will be held on Saturday and Sunday, July 14 and 21 at the same venue by 10 am prompt.

While pilgrims from other states are expected to attend the Lagos seminar, Muslim News findings revealed that a separate arrangement has been made for prospective Hujjaj in Abuja.

According to Alhaji Oyinlola, a 1-day seminar will be held for intending pilgrims in Abuja on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Stonehedge Hotel, Central Business District,  FCT, Abuja. Medical screening starts 9:00am and the seminar proper commences by 10: 15am.

The seminar at both venues will feature a Health Talk by a professional medical personnel, practical Hajj demonstration, comprehensive enlightenment on Hajj by seasoned scholars, NDLEA guide for intending pilgrims, Immigration guide and Customs guide for intending pilgrims, among others.

It would be recalled that Hajj Mabrur emerged the best Umrah operator in Nigeria at the 2013 World Hajj & Umrah Convention (WHUC) held in London Olympia, United Kingdom; won the Emirate Award in 2015 for the best Hajj and Umrah agency in Nigeria and clinched the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Top 3 Hajj Operators award of the 2018 Hajj exercise.
