The 2024 edition with the theme, “Strengthening our Deen; Reviving Our Ummah and Helping Our Sanctuaries” is the 5th in the series of editions after the IUMS was established in 2004 by the late Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi (May Allah grant him of the highest places in Jannah, Aameen) to address the challenges facing Muslims and Islamic institutions in the world.

Muslim News reported the participation of Sheikh Qaradawi in the last edition of the international conference, where he bade farewell to the Union, charging it on focus and intentionality.
