Abiona said the competition not only highlighted individual achievements but also underscored the potential and talent within Nigeria’s educational institutions.

He said, As the competition continues to grow in stature and influence, there is an increasing need for government and corporate organisations to partner and support this commendable programme. Government support could enhance the competition’s reach and impact, providing more resources to ensure its continued success and expansion.

“By partnering with MSSN Lagos, the government can help cultivate the next generation of leaders and thinkers, equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s interconnected world,” Abiona added.

Speaking at the contest, the Director of Studies of the MSSN Lagos and Chairman LIC 2024, Mustapha Muhammad said the articulate debates, swift quiz responses, and insightful essays demonstrated the participants’ intellectual maturity and commitment to academic excellence.

He stated, “MSSN Lagos Intellectual Competitions (LIC) hold significant value for the broader community, fostering healthy competition and cultivating critical thinking, public speaking skills, and research abilities among students.
