Davido finally bows to pressure, deletes Islamophobic music video

Nigerian Music star, David Adeleke famously known as Davido has finally bowed to pressure from Nigerians and deleted the offensive music video that ridiculed Islam.

Following the heavy backlash received from both Muslims and non-Muslims since Friday, the award-winning singer had no choice than to take down the offensive and disrespectful video

Check by Muslim News on Monday showed that the controversial post has been deleted from the singer’s verified Twitter handle, where he first posted the 45-second video on Friday, July 21.

Notable personalities who earlier condemned Davido and his artiste, Logo Olori, who sang the song, also confirmed that the offensive video has been deleted on social media, as they urged the singer to expunge the scene completely from the video.
