Al-Dahdouh emerged the newspaper’s “Global Muslim Media Person of the Year 2023” for his resilience, tenacity, and steadfastness in reporting the genocide in Gaza, despite his immense personal loss
The highlight of the meeting with Wael Al-Dahdouh was the presentation of copies of the special May 2024 edition of the newspaper that featured him on the cover as the hero of journalism from the Publisher.
