100,000 Muslims perform Solatul Jum’ah in Masjid Nabawi, observe social distancing

No fewer than 100,000 Muslims thronged the Prophet Muhammad mosque in Medina, the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia to observe today’s Solatul Jum’ah in congregation.

The figures as released by Haramain via all its verified social media handles saw worshippers observing social distancing throughout the solah.

Muslim News findings revealed that this is the first Solatul Jum’ah to be observed since Saudi’s Minister of Islamic Affairs announced the opening of the mosque last weekend (Sunday), following COVID-19 lockdown.
