Prominent Muslim Organisation, Masajid Aid Foundation (MAF) has concluded all plans to host her first annual event, tagged Muharram Series 1.0, in Lagos, this Sunday, August 29, 2021.

The event, to be chaired by Alhaji Tajudeen Sobayo, with the Imam of Lekki Central Mosque, Sheikh Ridwan Jamiu as Spiritual father of the day would also witness the showcasing of some of the foundation’s activities since its inception.
Masajid Aid Foundation was established to represent a reliable conduit for meeting the congregational needs of Muslim Communities, and facilitating the sourcing, design, construction and maintenance of Masjids and associated infrastructure within Nigeria.
In a statement jointly signed by its chairman, Engr Nurudeen Bale; and secretary, Alhaji Musa Idris, it noted that the theme of the event is chosen to recall the attention of the Muslims, to areas they pay less attention.
According to the release, “For this year’s Muharram Series, though first of its kind, we have chosen the theme; Investment with excellent returns, as a means to draw the attention of the Muslim Ummah to the abundance of rewards that awaits them in building houses for Allah.
“In line with the aspiration of all, everyone wants to go into businesses that yield profits, even beyond what was invested, but seems to pay less attention to a very much available business
“We are optimistic that with the array of resource persons invited, the outcome of the event will bring about the significant turn over expected of the ummah in relation to the masajid around them.”
In line with COVID-19 precautionary protocols, participants are advised to join the series on zoom via this LINK by 11am.
