Veteran Nollywood actor, Fausat Abeni Balogun, famously known as Madam Saje has joined her colleagues in Saudi Arabia for Hajj2023.
The thespian who has starred in over 70 Yoruba movies, posted a video of herself on Instagram, thanking Allah for giving her the opportunity to make the divine journey.
Some of her colleagues who are already in the holy land are veteran actor, Yinka Qadri, Kemi Afolabi, Oluwakemi Adetoro and Mercy Meenah Aigbe.
Muslim News earlier reported that Mercy Aigbe, who recently embraced Islam, is also performing Hajj with her hubby, Alhaji Kazim Adeoti.
We shall be giving updates on other Nollywood actors in all genres (English, Hausa as well) including their counterparts in Hollywood, Bollywood, among others, who will be observing the fifth pillar of Islam this year.
