– Alleges persecution of Muslim minority by Wike

-Says Gov’s plot to declare Rivers a Christian state will fail

The founder of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, Mujahid Asari Dokubo, has countered the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, over demolition of a mosque in the state.

Mr Dokubo said the governor actually demolished the mosque.

Mr Wike came under fire recently for ordering the demolition of the multi million naira Trans-Amadi Central Mosque in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

The governor immediately denied the allegations, saying that the story was not true as there was no mosque built on the site.

But Mr Dokubo, who described the governor’s action as dastardly in a video circulating on social media, said the governor was lying as there was existing mosque at Trans-Amadi, which Mr Wike demolished.

“I am a member of the congregation of the Trans Amadi Central Mosque. That is where I pray with my family. Watch the video below:
